There is one out-of-district campus in the co-op: Brookhaven Youth Ranch (for boys) and it is in the West Independent School District.

Students learn appropriate behavior skills along with the state adopted academic objectives. Students are responsible for successful completion of academic standards for their grade level. Student progress is assessed according to their individualized program. Many of the high school students earn credits toward a diploma. They may graduate from the facility or return to their home school to complete their high school credits.

Students are placed on this campus by one of the following agencies: Department of Protective and Regulatory Services, Texas Youth Commission, or Juvenile Probation.
