Objective:
Texas is know for it's
vast regions, resources and economy. As the old saying goes, "Everything
is bigger in Texas."A famous Hollywood Producer, Regis
Phillionaire is considering coming to Texas to research
the regions, interview perspective hosts and investigate economic
properties found in Texas for a new television series... Who Wants
To Be A Texas Trivia Millionaire?
He will meet with representatives
from the four regions of Texas to interview and debate whether
big profits can be made and if so, where to film this new show.
The meeting will take place in two weeks.
Task:
You will be a Task Force
member representing the regions of Texas:
As a group, it will be your
job to make a presentation to Regis
Phillionaire that will persuade him to choose your
region as the prime filming area. You will persuade him by enlightening
him on the history, location and climate, natural resources, economy,
transportation and recreational facilities. Each region will present
findings in the form of multimedia, debate, commercial advertising
or brochure and each region will create 15 questions and answers
for a board game- Who Wants To Be a Millionaire? Also, each member
must submit a persuasion paper reporting their findings.
