Provide violence prevention solutions tailored to your organization’s needs through education and practice

Products and Services

Guest Speaking

The most popular service provided is a one-time educational session tailored to your organization’s needs and requirements. In this session, education will be focused on the integration of resilience and violence prevention with an emphasis on emotional intelligence and different personality types. There is no one-size fits all model for the prevention of interpersonal and self-directed violence. This education enables leadership and employees on all levels to build a resilient community within your organization that is more than than the absence of misery and more than simply stopping bad things and feelings from happening. Increased resilience, connection and commitment per person synergistically improves productivity, cohesion, loyalty and teamwork. Education sessions can be tailored to fit your schedule and can be an hour or more, depending on your needs.

train the trainer

The train the trainer approach is one in which personnel within an organization are trained on the theories, concepts and techniques of the RBEC method, and then provide that training to their organization on an on-going basis with support from RBEC, including continuing education and mentoring. This option is available for organizations that may have difficulty bringing many people together at once at the cost of shutting down operations for a lengthy period. Furthermore, this option enables organizations to embed the RBEC methodology into their organizations using organic resources.

Team building seminars

The way people consume entertainment is constantly in flux, so the laws must adapt quickly. Harris Ingram strives to anticipate these changes so you can focus more on creating a performance of a lifetime. Among our clients are actors, directors, unions, agencies, writers, animators, and many other industry talents. We draft and negotiate development, production, financing, and sales & distribution agreements. Tailoring each contract according to a project’s scope, size, and budget, we secure the appropriate creative rights for all talents involved.

one on one coaching

One on one coaching is for individuals attempting to find ways to better manage their own individual and personal obstacles. Coaching is not the same as therapy and/or professional counseling. RBEC coaching is based on a cognitive-behavioral coaching model in which the individual client learns techniques and methods to apply to specific personal, professional or relationship-based problems and obstacles. One on one coaching can be done in person or over other technology such as Skype if multiple sessions are requested from individuals outside the DC-Maryland-Virginia area.

Fashion law is a little bit like the Wild West. There’s a lot of potential, but the rules can be convoluted and vague at best. Protecting a brand or even a single design involves intellectual property, copyrights, trademarks, and patents. A successful case requires creativity and flexibility. Harris Ingram represents boutique design houses like Marta and Thorne, individual designers like Mara Bond, and illustrators and graphic designers. We protect their products against copycats large and small, and guide them through manufacturing ethics and labeling laws.
